Who we are

Notch Living is a growing family-run business, successfully managing our own investment portfolio of student accommodation since 2005. More recently, we have transitioned into providing services to other landlords so they can benefit from our property management experience and gain valuable time back.

What we do

We enable our partner landlords to invest in property and receive ongoing income from their high yield investments without the hassle of managing tenants, collecting rent or arranging repairs. We vet tenants through referencing checks and look after your property through regular inspections. The use of smart technology helps us stay efficient, saving time and costs, which enables us to pass those savings onto our landlords.

Where necessary, we work with owners to modernise their homes to ensure they meet our decent homes standards and the properties are let quickly.
