We assist HMO landlords with license applications, project manage compliance, obtain landlord safety certification, and organise minor repair works to ensure your property meets all the safety and regulatory obligations. 

Free Property Inspection


We offer all our prospective landlords a free property inspection. One of our Directors will meet you at your property for an inspection and rental valuation. During the inspection we'll take you through our property requirements. There will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.

Eviction Service


We recognise that evicting a tenant can be a difficult and time-consuming process. If you are struggling to evict a tenant, we can help. Notch Living offer a complete eviction service from start to finish (excluding court fees) for a fixed admin fee of £600. Our eviction service includes managing all the legal notices, your court application and bailiff application.
